Dr. Meenakshi KS

Meenakshi is the founder and director of‘SAHASRAARA YOGASHALA’’ and ardent practitioner of yoga for the past 25+ years. She has won various awards like YOGA KUSUMA, YOGA RATHNA, YOGASHIROMANI and the prestigious SAGE PATHANJALI award and recognizing her immense contribution to the society she’s been awarded the Woman Achiever award twice. She also is an Internationally certified SOUNDTHERAPIST, MARMA THERAPIST, PRANIC HEALER, CERTIFIED ANGEL CARD READER, TAROT CARD READER, GARBH SANSKAR COACH and a REIKI GRAND MASTER.

Meenakshi was crowned as the First Runner-up of Mrs. India Elegance 2019 &won the title of Mrs. Charmer. She also has been a model and the face of several health & beauty products.

Being part of the Jury isn’t new for Meenakshi. She has been on them for various events in the area of YOGA, ART, DANCE and MUSIC.
She teaches yoga for children at school and continued to train people of all ages during Covid times to help them build their mental strength and flexibility.

She is also a NUTRITIONIST, HEALER, MOTIVATOR, NLP PRACTITIONER, MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA COACH AND PUBLIC SPEAKER.
She’s been conferred with Doctorate in Yoga & Therapy by Indian Empire University in the year 2022.

She has conducted awareness programs on suicidal syndrome in youth. Sheregularly organizes various cultural events across the state.

Meenakshi promotes physical, mental and spiritual wellness of the society inabundance.
